Description

NoPinch Loose Ring Snaffle Sizes: 5” and 5.5" The mechanics: Designed to combine comfort, stability, and clear communication, the Aureus Equine NoPinch Loose Ring Snaffle is an excellent choice for everyday, training, and competition. Featuring a double-jointed lozenge mouthpiece, this bit is designed to distribute pressure more evenly across the tongue and bars compared with many single-jointed bits, encouraging soft and consistent contact as the double joint minimises the nutcracker effect a single joint can cause to the palate. The integrated guards minimise the risk of the lips being caught between the mouthpiece and loose rings while also providing additional lateral guidance for improved steering and stability. The NoPinch snaffle is a good choice for: - sensitive lips and mouth - green horses, training youngsters, re-training from a harsher bit - horses that dislike pressure concentrating in the palate or bars - dressage, schooling, teaching softer cues - matching for your existing gold tack About my product line: I’ve designed my brand, Aureus Equine, as I believe exceptional equipment should enhance both horse and rider. I see too many horses ridden in poorly fitted bits or single joints when they are not applicable, riders using bits with mechanics that are not suitable for their level of experience, safety stirrups that don’t deploy for lighter riders or sideways falls, saddle pads layered with sweat due to how time consuming and difficult they are to wash, and more. I’m trying to improve both rider safety and horse welfare by providing anatomically correct and mechanically sound bits at a lower price, causing many to be riding in mouthpieces that are not optimised for comfort.
