Reporting content

If you see a listing, user, or message that violates our rules, tap the flag icon inside the app to report it. We review every report within 24 hours.

Blocking a user

You can block any user by opening their profile and tapping the ⋯ menu. Blocked users cannot message you and their listings are hidden. You can unblock them later from Profile → Settings → Blocked Users.

Payments

Payments on The Tack Market are processed by Stripe. If you have a payment issue, contact us and include your transaction reference.

Deleting your account

Email support and we'll delete your account and personal data within 30 days.

How do I list an item? Tap the + tab, follow the 5-step wizard. Voice listing is available on steps 1 and 2.

What items are prohibited? Counterfeit, stolen, illegal goods; firearms; controlled drugs; live animals; anything illegal in New Zealand. See our Terms of Service.

How is commission calculated? 5.99% of the sale price, minimum NZD $0.99, capped at NZD $100.
