The First Hundred Draw

1. Promoter. The Tack Market NZ, contactable at support@thetackmarket.co.nz. Information is collected by the promoter and not by any social media platform on which the promotion appears.
2. Promotion period. From Thursday, 15 October 2026 until the earlier of 100 eligible entries being received, or 11.59pm on Wednesday, 31 March 2027, New Zealand time.
3. The prize is awarded only if 100 eligible entries are received. This is a condition of the promotion and not a formality. If fewer than 100 eligible entries are received by the closing date, no draw takes place and no prize is awarded. The promoter will publish that outcome on this page within seven days of the closing date.
4. Who can enter. Entrants must be 18 years or older and resident in New Zealand. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
5. How to enter. Publish a horse, pony, donkey or mule listing on The Tack Market during the promotion period. Entry is automatic. There is no other way to enter and no entry fee. Listing fees, where they apply, are the ordinary price of the service and are not increased for this promotion.
6. What counts as an eligible entry. The listing must be for a real animal the entrant owns or is authorised to sell, must carry at least one photograph of that animal, and must be complete and accurate.
7. Selling the animal does not affect your entry. Once a listing is published its entry is locked in. A listing later marked sold or under offer, or closed because the animal has sold, stays in the draw and still counts toward the 100. Only listings deleted for another reason, or found to be fictitious, are removed.
8. Entry limit. A maximum of three eligible entries per account. Members may publish as many listings as they wish. Only the first three enter the draw.
9. Prize.One prize of NZ$1,000, paid by bank transfer to a New Zealand bank account in the winner's name. There is no alternative prize and the prize is not transferable.
10. The draw.Held within seven days of the hundredth eligible entry being received, at the promoter's premises, by random selection from all eligible entries, in the presence of an independent witness. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Notification. The winner will be contacted within two working days of the draw using the contact details on their account, and paid within five working days of confirming their bank details.
12. If the winner cannot be reached. If the winner has not responded within 14 days of first contact, or is found to be ineligible, the prize is redrawn from the remaining eligible entries within a further seven days.
13. Publicity. By entering, the winner agrees to their first name and region being published by the promoter. No other personal information will be published without their separate consent.
14. Privacy.Entrant information is held and used in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy and the Privacy Act 2020. Entering does not subscribe anyone to marketing email.
15. Disqualification. The promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, or created for the purpose of entering the draw rather than genuinely selling an animal. Disqualified entries do not count toward the 100.
16. Changes. These terms will not be varied during the promotion period.
